Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 24 to 48 business hours (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays) from the time your order is received. Orders placed after hours or on weekends will begin processing on the next business day.

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Methods

We ship all orders exclusively through the United States Postal Service (USPS) using the following services:

  • Economy Shipping – A cost-effective option selected by us, but still shipped via USPS. Delivery times vary.

  • USPS Ground Advantage – Estimated delivery within 2–5 business days.

  • USPS Priority Mail – Estimated delivery within 2–4 business days.

  • USPS Express – Estimated delivery within 1–2 business days.

Important Notice About Delivery Estimates

All delivery timeframes shown at checkout are estimates provided directly by USPS and are subject to change. While we process and ship orders promptly, we do not have control over USPS transit times and cannot guarantee exact delivery dates, regardless of the service selected.

Track Your Shipment

Once your order ships, you can track your package directly through USPS:

Signature Required on All Shipments

To comply with federal age verification laws and ensure secure delivery, ALL shipments require an Adult Signature (21+) upon delivery.

You must present a valid government-issued photo ID at the time of delivery. If no eligible recipient is available, the package will not be delivered and may be returned to sender. In such cases, additional shipping fees may apply.

Vapor Product Shipping Restrictions

In compliance with federal regulations and USPS policy:

  • All vapor products, including e-liquids, disposables, and cartridges, are shipped only via USPS.

  • All such shipments are sent with Adult Signature Required service.

We do not use any other carriers for the shipment of vapor products.

Address Accuracy & Delivery Issues

Please verify your shipping address before placing your order. Silverback Distro is not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Packages returned due to delivery failure or incorrect address may incur additional shipping or restocking fees.
